1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have specifically defined meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 356ac website, applications, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on the 356ac platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to your personal registered account on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or benefits provided by 356ac.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use the 356ac platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• You may operate only one account at a time.
• If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• If the information provided at the time of account creation is found to be inaccurate, 356ac reserves the right to close the account at any time.

3 Account Registration & Security

After creating an account on the platform, the security of your login credentials is entirely your own responsibility. Please note the following in particular:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify 356ac support immediately.
• Any activity carried out on your account will be considered your own, unless you have notified us within the permitted time.
• 356ac may request necessary documents for account verification. Failure to provide documents may temporarily suspend withdrawal access.

4 Financial Transactions & Payments

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the 356ac platform:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
• Deposits must come from your own account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, 356ac reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following conditions apply when claiming bonuses and promotional offers from 356ac:

• The welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus: 25 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• 356ac reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, 356ac may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 VIP Program

The 356ac VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. Details on how to receive VIP benefits can be obtained from the 356ac support team. 356ac reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or outcomes.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating the platform using bots, automated software, or other artificial means.
• Fraudulent behavior toward other users.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 356ac platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected as the intellectual property of 356ac. Users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without the written permission of 356ac.
• Use any part of the platform for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

The manner in which your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms. By using the 356ac platform, you are also agreeing to the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be shared with authorities upon request in accordance with applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 356ac platform will not be held liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical issues, server disruptions, or internet connectivity problems.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or error.
• Any inconvenience caused by third-party services or technology.
• Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

356ac may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud on the account.
• Evidence of account creation using false information.
• Failure to provide required documents during the verification process.
• Evidence of prohibited activities.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time through 356ac support.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies together form the entire agreement between 356ac and the user. If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect. The Bengali version of these Terms will be considered authoritative.
